2011 Photography Workshop Schedule:

Saturday, September 17 - Outdoor and Nature Photography for Beginners - Lake Luzerne, NY
Time: 3 p.m. - Sunset, Maximum of 8 participants
Cost: $50 per person
Advance registration and payment is required by credit card or check
Rain Date: Sunday, September 18 - (morning, same locations)

This beginner's workshop in outdoor and nature photography will be conducted at one of the most beautiful spots in the Adirondacks - the scenic area around Lake Luzerne. Located just a short drive from Lake George, Lake Luzerne will offer our group lakes, waterfalls, rivers and scenic vistas as subject matter. Learn from Lesley Dixon, a professional nature photographer based in the Adirondacks, about basic techniques and tips on improving your outdoor photography skills. This workshop is suitable for both regular digital cameras and digital SLR cameras. Please do not be intimidated if you are inexperienced - I welcome the opportunity to help you learn and improve.

Composition techniques
Lighting
Use of equipment
Questions and Answers

All workshop participants will receive over four hours of instruction from a professional outdoor photographer.
